We recently hired Scott MacNair to represent us at a zoning hearing in Perkasie Borough. My husband and I were seeking a variance to install a pool in our front yard. We were very pleased with Scott’s professionalism, his diligence in preparing our case, and the way he represented us at the hearing. The Borough Zoning Hearing Board granted our variance, a first time for this sort of request.
Scott was also a pleasure to work with, communicated everything to me in a way I could understand the legalities of the case as a lay person, and was always available to answer my questions.
