Josephine A. Lee Wolf
Josephine A. Lee Wolf is a Shareholder in the firm. Josephine is a summa cum laude graduate of West Chester University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 2010. Thereafter, she attended Widener University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2013. She was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey in 2013.
Prior to joining the firm, Josephine served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Cepparulo of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted civil, criminal, summary appeal and forfeiture appellate opinions. Additionally, Josephine reviewed civil motions relating to tort, contract, real estate, administrative agency appeal and professional liability matters. Her experience encompasses all procedural stages of litigation such as motions for summary judgment, motions for judgment on the pleadings, preliminary objections, petitions for preliminary injunction, motions for sanctions, petitions to open and strike default judgment, motions to quash subpoena, motions to strike appeals from judgment entered by a district justice, motions to set aside execution, petitions for partition and motions to compel discovery. She also worked on criminal motions, including motions to suppress, habeas corpus petitions, motions to withdraw guilty plea and post-sentence motions.
While pursuing her Juris Doctor, Josephine served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Bucks County District Attorney’s office, where she conducted preliminary hearings, summary trials, and prepared appellate briefs. Additionally, Josephine held the Domestic Violence Research and Advocacy Fellowship and participated in the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic, where she handled cases referred from the Chester County Public Defender’s Office.
