Vicki L. Kushto
Vicki L. Kushto is an associate of the firm. Vicki is a graduate of Temple University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology in 1998. Thereafter, she attended Widener University School of law, graduating in 2001. She was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001.
Prior to joining Clemons, Richter & Reiss, Vicki represented municipal clients, corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals. Her municipal experience includes: review of land development and zoning applications; public bid assistance; responding to Right to Know requests; acquisition of open space parcels and easements; and municipal financing. Her corporate experience includes: formation of entities; preparation of bylaws, operating agreements and partnership agreements; contract negotiation; preparation of employment agreements; real estate purchases and leases; and commercial loans. Vicki’s non-profit experience also includes securing federal tax exemption for a human services organization, a fire police association and friends associations of a fire company and local park.
Vicki joined Clemons, Richter & Reiss in November 2016. Vicki’s primary areas of practice include municipal law, real estate, zoning, corporate and non-profit matters.
Vicki is a past President of the Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County, Inc. and remains an emeritus member of the Board of Directors.
