“I have worked with Stefan Richter for over 10 years as President of our Association which comprises over 219 units. During that time, Stefan has worked with us on a variety of issues related to our documents, their interpretation and other matters. We had a very divisive recall election a few years ago that Stefan and his firm guided us through. The number of issues that he has provided us advice on is too numerous to count. Our residents are very demanding and the Board has to always keep legal consequences of its actions and responses to homeowner questions and complaints in the forefront. Stefan is always available to provide timely advice that is clear and easy to understand. Stefan also helped us with the legal aspects of closing a large loan for the Association. Stefan is very highly respected in the Community Association industry in our area. I have worked with many different law firms and attorneys for other matters that require specialized advice related to insurance claims, real estate and other things. What I particularly like about Stefan is his no nonsense approach to issues. He cuts to the chase and provides answers that are very succinct and easy to understand. As a person, I like him a lot and find him very easy to work with. I enjoy his sense of humor and find that we are able to work through difficult issues as a team.
