Josephine A. Lee Wolf
Josephine Lee Wolf is a Shareholder of the law firm of Clemons Richter & Reiss, P.C. She joined the firm in 2015, and her practice has consistently concentrated on all aspects of community and condominium association law, including assessment collections, document interpretation and amendments, covenants enforcement, transition issues and associated litigation. Josephine has written numerous articles and has given lectures to homeowners, managers, and legal professionals on association law topics, including general legal principles of association law and governance. Josephine currently served on the Board of Directors of the Keystone Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and is Secretary of the PA Legislative Action Committee.
Josephine is a summa cum laude graduate of West Chester University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 2010. Thereafter, she attended West Chester University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2013. She was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Josephine served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Cepparulo of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted civil, criminal, summary appeal and forfeiture appellate opinions.
