developing or selling real estate, from the initial offer to

every area of real estate law, including agreements of sale,
mortgages, homeowners’ associations and condominiums, leases,
title insurance, easements, taxes, zoning board applications,
plan approval, water and sewer facilities and environmental challenges.
We provide tax advice for structuring real estate transactions,
sources for obtaining financing. We assist clients in obtaining
the necessary zoning and land use approvals for projects not
involving our municipal clients.
